The main memorial observance for assassinated prime minister Yitzchak Rabin, which was scheduled for Saturday night at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv, has been postponed for a week.Organizers said the event was pushed off "because of weather constraints and the constant rain that is expected to fall this weekend."
