Expelled from Gush Katif, then killed in Lebanon

The title of the jpost article was Evacuated from Gush Katif, then killed in Lebanon, but I feel that the word expelled is much more appropriate than evacuated as the article itself clearly shows:
Seeing his family forced to leave Netzarim in the Gaza Strip last summer did not stop St.-Sgt. Amasa Meshulami, 20, from demonstrating unswerving loyalty in Israel's war against Hizbullah. On Saturday afternoon, Meshulami and the rest of his tank crew were killed by an anti-tank missile in Randuria, south Lebanon.
A personal note: I knew Amasa's grandfather Shlomo Kraus z"l who passed away last year. May the family be comforted with the rest of the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
