What the Wha? I haven't visited Israel since the mid-1980's, and so
this pic is a bit confusing for me.
Is this elaborate entrance to the Kotel plaza a security checkpoint?
Who's allowed in, and who is not?

Everyone is allowed in but you have to pass a metal detector and have your bags checked.
It's all part of the "peace process".
