What happened to those guys in Minneapolis that caused them to start to post pictures of partially dressed women on their blog? Has their readership gone down? I doubt it. Power Line is a great blog which I read and admire, but I'm really upset to see them publishing such pictures.
So Miss Israel won the Miss World Beauty Pageant. Sorry for not getting excited or feeling national pride. Actually I'm quite distressed to see what has happened to us as a result of our long exile. Why should a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah want to strut half-naked on a catwalk in front of millions of viewers? Our matriarchs wouldn't have done it for all the money in the world.
I'm really sorry to see that some women do not understand that by exposing body parts that should be covered they are not being chic. They are degrading themselves. They are promoting a culture where men see women as a sum of their body parts and nothing more. Women, wake up!
