Rabbi Ovadya Yoseph Calls Disengagement An Evil Plan
Shas spiritual Rabbi Ovadya Yoseph said Tuesday he wished Prime Minister Ariel Sharon would "receive a blow and die.” The rabbi described Sharon as evil and brutal.

Now he's "back-tracking" explaining that he wishes him a long life, at least long enough to do tshuva, etc.
