Five Jewish families move into Arab property in HebronThe article itself, however, states the following:
Five Jewish families recently moved into a building purchased by residents of the Jewish settlement in Hebron, near a longstanding trailer park and a new apartment building intended to replace the trailers.I don't get it. The building remains Arab property even after Jews have purchased it?

Silly: Jews aren't allowed to own property! Thats why Jews have to be merchants!
I hope I've cleared things up.
BTW: Whats the first Rashi on Bireisheet? The 3 places the world will never be able to claim that we "stole them"....and of course...its still "Arab Property"
Someone should tell the Arabs to learn more Rashi.
Jameel,
Thanks for clearing things up. That means I'll have to give up my apartment in Jerusalem.
Hey Cosmic & Jameel,
Whaddya mean that the "pals" don't learn Torah? They're very familiar with the Mishna in Pirkei Avot:
"What's mine is mine, and what's yours is mine..." In fact, this probably applies to our "friends" in Europe & America too!!!
:)
You have something wrong, it's not the Arabs at fault. It's our fellow Jews who prefer letting the landlord do everything, instead of being home ownders.
We Jews have to take pride in our ownership.
Cosmic: If you move out to the Muqata instead of Jerusalem, it will be "illegal" in the first place. Much better when you are sure "milichatchila" that what youre doing is ossur. (ie, Jews living in post-67 Eretz Yisrael)
