Another segulah on the Fast of Esther is to say Chapter 22 in Tehillim (psalms) and request whatever it is you need in the merit of Mordechai and Esther. It is also special to ask for a Western Wall prayer request for 40 days, especially the 40 days from Purim to Isru Chag Pesach.
